BENEFITS OF A PLANT-BASED DIET ON PREVENTION & ELIMINATION OF CHRONIC DISEASES with Dr. Elly Hann, D.O. This class explores the impact of animal protein and fats on human health. Develop an understanding of macronutrients and micronutrients, the difference between calorie-rich and nutrient-rich foods, and how they influence overall well-being. Dr. Hann is board certified in Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Medicine and certified in Plant-Based Whole Food nutrition from the eCornelle program.
