Capturing Your Creativity with Haiku’ Workshop
Friday, April 12th, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Haiku is an ancient form of Japanese Poetry,
typically consisting of 3 lines, written with 17 syllables (5-7-5)
and often about seasons and/or nature.
Join Susan Farese for a 2-hour engaging, interactive and fun workshop. She will present a PowerPoint presentation, share several of her photography prompts (from nature/seasons) and give you ample time for reflection to start, enhance and celebrate your Haiku writing journey!
Susan J. Farese, MSN, RN, is the owner/ president of SJF Communications. She has a master’s degree in Nursing in Adult Health and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Susan has presented numerous continuing education classes, seminars, and keynotes and is the author of the book Poetic Expressions in Nursing…Sharing the Caring, and has published poetry and articles on a variety of topics.
