FALL PREVENTION

Have you or a loved one slipped or fallen recently? Join Kristine Schindler for an interactive talk based on the County of San Diego HHSA/AIS Fall Prevention Task Force, whose mission is to reduce falls and their devastating consequences in San Diego County.

Participants will have the opportunity to complete a TUG (Timed Up and Go) assessment to gauge their risk of falling. A resource table with additional information will also be available. Kristine has focused on fall prevention for the past 15 years, helping individuals support healthy movement and maintain their quality of life.
