Rancho Santa Fe Resident hosts book talk

Wednesday, January 14, from 10:00 - 11:30 am

Join us for a morning of adventure as we you develop your own playbook for living. Dr. Stanger’s newest book, Reflections on Aging uses Hollywood's legendary Sunset Marquis Hotel as her muse—where creativity never ages and dreams take flight. It’s an inspiring guide to reinvention, resilience, & a playbook for living at any age.

At 79, Dr. Louise brings her signature blend of professional wisdom and personal truth. Each chapter unfolds like a conversation with a trusted friend, offering insights that challenge conventional wisdom about what's possible as we age. "Life doesn't dim with time—it deepens," Dr. Louise asserts.

"Every morning brings a new chance to compose your life's melody.

This book is about turning up the volume on your dreams and letting your spirit soar, whether you're 28 or 78."
