THE SANDWICH GENERATION with Southern Caregiver Resource Center Community Outreach Specialist Jessica Romero. Join us in learning about the term and meaning of “sandwich generation”, identify the challenges faced by the caregivers who fall into this category and explore ways in which to incorporate self-care while caring for both elders and school age children. Jessica is an accomplished healthcare and social services administrator with a Masters of Public Health.
