This four-session series is tailored to the needs of participants aged 60+ and designed to help improve their mobility, balance, and overall well-being through guided movement exercises and educational discussions on key longevity factors. The sessions focus on practical, science-backed strategies to enhance stability, joint health, sleep quality, stress management, and nutrition. Conner Ward is a Certified Strength Coach, Breathwork Trainer, Nutritionist, holds a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, and is the Owner of The SmartFit Method, a longevity-focused fitness studio.
